Outstanding property! The whole apartment is nicely fitted out - the bar cart is a festive add in the living room. All the furnishings are good quality and in excellent condition. Each bedroom has a comfortable chair, 2 bedside tables each with a matching lamp, and good closet space. Both beds had very comfortable mattresses. Quiet location, and yet just a few minutes walk to be in the square among all the shops, restaurants, and hum of activity - it doesn't get more convenient than that. Any Qs I had were promptly and kindly answered by the hosts - all communication was prompt and clear.

We found some chips on the floor under the curtains in the living room but other than that our stay could not have been better. It was quiet, we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view was amazing. We saw deer, elk, chipmunks, owl, and squirrels. Washer and dryer worked well, hot tub was very nice, TV programming was up to date with Roku device. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Modern, updated location.  Tucked in, so felt safe.  Excellent host, very responsive.  Easy Uber ride to "all the things".  Neighborhood is ok, there was substantial construction/road work going on when we were there but that should be finished soon.

My family of 3 spent almost 10 days at the property and I agree with all the reviews. Would just add that we found the home to be more beautiful than the photos. We loved the sense of space which worked great for remote work. As has been mentioned, the home is extremely well decorated and delightful. We cooked at home a lot and the hosts are generous with supplies although we brought everything we needed. The views of the mountains are much better than they appear in the description. We loved the daily close encounters with the hot air balloons as we lived for a time in ballooning country in Arizona. Both the balloon visits and the nearby resident deer population were enchanting. Through walks with our small dog we met many of the friendly neighbors who all seem to have dogs as it is a pleasant area to walk the dog. The hosts were extremely helpful with all inquiries especially Jared. We hope to return as often as possible!

We stayed at Billy's place for two nights to attend an event in Winter Park. The condo was easy to find, directions were clear and easy to follow, and it was exactly as described. It was a quiet weekend, so the complex was nice and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the patio and also loved how easy it was to walk to the main strip to enjoy coffee and a beer. It was a quick and easy drive to the Ski Mountain for our event as well as a quick drive to a nice hike on Sunday morning for me and the dog. The event we were attending was an accessible mountain event, and the condo was easily accessible for my husband, and the perfect place to stay with limited mobility. The elevator was close and quick, for two of us the size was perfect and while not large felt spacious and easy to get around. We appreciated Billy and Airyn's quick communication and will definitely stay again if in the area!

We loved our visit and everything was great! Airyn and team were exceptionally prompt with communications, and made the entire process simple from start to finish. <br/>The property was beautiful, spacious,  well-equipped and provided a great environment for guests. The location feels relatively secluded, yet only a few minutes away from convenient food and shopping options. We hosted a baby shower at the property and it was a perfect setting to accommodate around 30 guests for an afternoon gathering. <br/>I highly recommend the property to anyone looking for spacious and welcoming environment for a family or group gathering. Huge praise to Airyn for being so communicative and providing a pleasant experience!

This is a wonderful place to stay — beautiful house and property… truly an oasis as described.  Pool is amazing (and in shade for the first part of the day).  Hosts are responsive and allowed some flexibility with checkout.  Only negative is that the garage entryway had an awkward step-up-step-down situation that wasn’t mentioned or marked with signage— it caused a scary fall to the ground for one of our party.  Otherwise this was a perfect place!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Es war sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Super schön renoviert. Für Hundehalter perfekter Aussenbereich und gut abgesichert. Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt der Grill nicht vorhanden. Wir haben uns ausschliessich für Unterkünfte mit Grill entschieden und sogar schon extra für einen Grillabend eingekauft. Der Gastgeber hat schnell geantwortet, dass es leider ein Problem mit diesem Grill gab. Das war sehr schade. <br/>Downtown war super schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar und wir konnten vieles sehen und gleichzeitig einen erholsamen Urlaub in dem Haus verbringen.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The property was exactly as described, very clean, and a perfect fit for our group. The hosts were extremely communicative throughout our stay and were quick to respond whenever we had questions. They also went above and beyond to accommodate a few modifications we needed, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience and we'd gladly stay here again when visiting Austin.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br/>We had an absolutely amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire stay.<br/>One of the things that really stood out was that he allowed us to use the pool even though it was technically supposed to be off limits. That extra gesture meant a lot to us and made our short trip even more enjoyable. It gave us the opportunity to relax, have fun, and make some great memories.<br/>Even though our stay was short, our host truly went out of his way to make it special. His hospitality made a huge difference, and we genuinely appreciate everything he did for us. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a wonderful Airbnb experience!
