The place was very well put together and ready for guests. Michelle was also very responsive to us and any of the request we had. 10/10 would recommend

Everything was super simple  easy and straight forward and we were even able to be accommodated to by checking in a few hours early!

It was a beautifully quiet stay. My family and I greatly enjoyed our time there. Beach access was very close by. We enjoyed a couple breathtaking sunsets.

We booked a last minute Spring Break  trip to Winter Park and I’m so glad that we found Matthew and Airyns place! It was easy to find, in a very central location just a few mins to Winter Park Resort and with plenty of great shopping a dining nearby! <br/>We had a tiny hiccup when someone else was occupying our designated indoor garage parking spot on arrival, but Matthew took care of it so quickly! I can’t tell you how fantastic it was to leave our car and walk straight in to the elevator to get to this 4th floor, quiet unit with incredible mountain views. <br/>The home was pristine with high end finishes! We now want a heated floor in our bathroom too! The washer/dryer was a wonderful feature to have for light packing and the home came stocked with necessities! The beds were so comfortable, the balcony and huge living room windows gave us optimal amounts of fresh mountain air! <br/>We did not use the hot tub or garage equipment lockers, but having those amenities were great touches! <br/>Thank you!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, cozy and felt very private. Georgetown Square was within walking distance, which made the location convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located spot.

Airyn and Amanda's place was perfect for our weekend in Austin! It was close enough to the city, but also far enough away to be able to escape some of the craziness. I had a couple questions about the house throughout the stay, and immediately got a response when I reached out. This is a house I will definitely put on my list to book again for my next trip to Austin!

Me, my partner, our 10 year old daughter and our dog stayed here for a whole month and our hosts were amazing! Made us feel very welcome and extremely responsive with anything we needed, Just want to say thank you for our stay we had a lovely Time and we would definitely recommend their place to anyone staying in the area. Lovely place and the location is perfect too, Right near two great family parks!! <br/>Thanks again!! <br/>Aaron, Shelby, Aspyn and Lola! :)

We all loved our stay at Casa Verde in Georgetown.  Airyn was super fast in responding to any questions we had.  The place was just like the photos and extremely comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.  it was close to town and super close to walking trails.  We all loved our stay,  and will definitely book again if we're going to that area.

House was lovely & perfectly accommodated our crew of 16 for a girls weekend! <br/>Kitchen was well appointed to feed a large crowd - big pantry, cooking gear, 2 dishwashers & sinks, & a  drink fridge. The starter supplies provided (dishwasher pods/ fluid, TP, paper towels, sponges, etc.) were plenty to make it through the wknd. Beds & linens were high quality & very comfy. Elevator was great for hauling luggage & groceries - be prepared to get your steps in on the stairs! But so worth it for rooftop pool & views. Beach was such a close walk & there was plenty of beach gear for our large crew - enough chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, etc. Host was extremely responsive & on site support was superb - easy to contact & get out to the property if needed. <br/>Some property images seem outdated - but not in a bad way! There is a great dining set, chairs & fire pit on roof. Some rooms are full bunk beds. Heating the pool costs extra $ which wasn’t clear in the listing. <br/>Overall, great stay!

This cute house was perfect for my hubby and I. We visited Austin for a 80th birthday party.   This house was spacious, clean, just as described. I’m actually going through stage 4 cancer and missed a whole day of family fun, but I was comfortable, safe, and sound. We even rented a Mercedes Benz and parked on the street right in front of the house, never felt for a moment we weren’t safe or our car. We will definitely be back! Thanks for having us🙏🏾

This home is just lovely. It had everything you could possibly need.  The scenery from both balconies and hot tub at night were amazing.   My grandson was with us and he loved the game room. It was an added bonus of entertainment after coming back from sight seeing and hiking.   Would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The space was clean, as shown/described, and had all the amenities for a great weekend with friends! Airyn was very responsive, accommodating of early check-in, and had clear instructions for check-in/check-out. Would definitely stay again!
