Our stay was very enjoyable and the perfect house to celebrate our special wedding weekend. The house has so much character and historic charm. From relaxing in the soaking tub, the square within walking distance, to sipping morning coffee on the porch enjoying the quiet ambience - we throughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and had more than enough items to make the stay feel like a home away from home. We hope to visit very soon!!

We had a wonderful 5-week stay in Matt’s condo in Winter Park! The space was spacious, modern, uncluttered, and very well stocked and organized. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the central air conditioning was a great bonus. Since we were working remotely, the drop-down desk with a widescreen monitor and keyboard was perfect. The location was great, within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, shops, a local park, and trails. Matt was very responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early when our original rental didn’t work out. There is some construction across from the building, but it wasn’t an issue for us. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Matt’s condo!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick one night staycation in Georgetown, and we had such a great experience! The place was cozy, clean, and perfect for a little getaway together. Everything was just as expected, check in was easy, and the hosts were wonderful. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and how comfortable everything felt. Such a cute place for a couples’ getaway! We would definitely stay again!

This Airbnb was perfect for our wedding weekend centered in East Austin. We were able to host small gatherings for friends and family throughout our stay as well as my bridal getting ready party downstairs and family portraits in the backyard. It’s a large space in a perfect location. It’s difficult to find walkability in Austin so this was a real treat! I have no complaints. Thank you!

All i can say is WOW! The home and location are truly breathtaking. Coming from Texas, we were just in awe from the drive up and of course seeing this beautiful home and view. We really enjoyed ourselves. <br/>If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy & peaceful getaway this is exactly what you’re looking for. <br/>I would also recommend stopping at Safeway in Idaho springs and cooking at home just because the drive up and down the mountain can be a little tiring, it’s about 25 mins up/down. Overall, we had the best time. Cannot recommend this home enough.

Airyn and Larry were amazing during our weekend getaway. The views were pristine and it truly felt off the grid.. we went fishing, kayaked and had a memorable time. <br/>The property was exactly what was expected and more. We look forward to staying again in the future since this is so close to home. Thank you all for all you do and God bless.

We will 100% be back for another few days of retreat to the solitude of this gorgeous home. Unwinding in the hot tub as the snow was dusting down lightly was so peaceful. Everything was extremely clean and cozy. The kids enjoyed playing different board games. Plenty of pots, pans, detergent, toilet paper, etc....didn't have to leave once during our stay. Thanks for a memorable few days!

What a fantastic weekend in Austin! This spot is right in the heart of the sixth Street area, very walkable to all the major attraction points in that area. We felt very safe, the home was immaculate and beds are very comfortable. It easily slept five of us. We had no problem finding great spots for breakfast lunch dinner, and evening activities within a mile from the house. Highly recommend this spot , and our hosts were so accommodating and very responsive.

We loved staying at this home in Georgetown! The host was responsive and did a great job making us feel right at home. The home is centrally located and in walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, art galleries. The location couldn't have been better! We will definitely return to this home if we visit Georgetown again in the future!

Excellent location, clean simple decor, great couch with recliners, backyard space was nice, comfy beds, great AC, bathroom amenities, several coffee k cups, nice big center island, quiet neighborhood, etc. If we return to the area we will stay again if available.
