As a "real estate guy" and musician, I love blending the worlds of music and real estate, embodying my "job" as a musician, realtor, investor, builder, and developer.

My passion lies in empowering others to achieve their real estate aspirations, guiding them towards the freedom and enjoyment life has to offer…whatever that looks like for them. As a devoted father and husband, faith, family, and freedom are the core values of my endeavors.

I find a unique harmony between the creative freedom in both my musical and real estate, drawing parallels between composing a song, developing a piece of land, or designing a house. My purpose is more than a transaction; it’s about helping others create their vision and empowering them to execute to get the most out of their life.

We never planned to start this company—it just happened. I had been doing short-term rentals for years along with real estate sales, building, and development….and in early 2023 I made the decision to sell and/or dissolve my business and stop selling real estate…essentially “burning the ships” to go all in on my dream “retirement job”…which was essentially managing my own short term rentals, enjoying them with my family, and donating vacations to teachers, police officers, pastors, etc…Essentially making money, spending time with my family, and giving back.

Around that time, my management company started going downhill, everything was falling apart with them and for the first time I wasn’t making enough to cover my mortgage payments. I had no control, no visibility into guest communication, and my properties were underperforming. I’m a pretty techy guy and decided to try and create my own systems and processes connecting the best softwares out there while using my knowledge and experience as broker and investor.

For context, My first two short term rentals were in Colorado and I live outside of Austin, Texas, so I had to get really good at systems, processes, and relationships because I couldn’t just drive over there if something went wrong.

After putting the beta version together, I decided to do an A/B test. I had just rennovated a duplex. Unit B was with my management company, and I launched unit A on what I had put together. The first month my revenue on the side using my systems beat the unit next door…by over 40%. I knew there was something there, I just didn’t know exactly what it was.

Meanwhile, some of my past real estate clients who I had sold homes to and referred to the same management company reached out, saying they were struggling. They were seeing their numbers drop and were ready to either sell or convert their properties to long-term rentals. When they asked how I was doing, I felt bad telling them my properties were doing better than ever—one of mine even had its best month ever, doubling what my management company had achieved in a single month over the previous four years. They asked me if I would do the same thing for them.

At first, I turned down their requests…I didn’t want to “manage properties”, but they kept coming back, and eventually, I gave in….not to manage the property, but to optimize it, streamline their operations, and maximize their dollars. Essentially empowering them to manage the property with very little time…just like I did for myself in Colorado.

They immediately saw the same results…and two of them were about to sell but they still own them today. It was never about starting a business; it was about building something I wanted for myself—a system that worked, that put the owner back in control, and that valued the guest experience. What started as me solving my own problem turned into a community of owners who share the same mindset. We take care of all the details and help our clients enjoy their short-term rentals, make more money and save more time.….To hold true to the higher purpose of giving back, we started a non-profit that pays for vacation on the behalf of local heroes at properties that subscribe to our service.

I was intentional about not being limited geographically, and we also limit the number of properties we’ll take in any given market because we always want our clients to beat the market. To date, every single owner has beat the market even after our fee is taken into consideration.

Our flat fee model means huge savings for our clients, and because this is the short term game is a long term play, the relationship is so much more important to us than the property itself. Besides, no one is going to take care of a property better than the owner.
