The front courtyard has a cozy and intimate outdoor lounge space equipped w/charcoal grill, fire-pit and plenty of seating. Comfy beds and furniture for lounging throughout the house!

This location is walking distance to the campus grounds of Southwestern University and the Most Beautiful Square in Texas, filled with restaurants, bars and shops. You’ll find homes 100+ years old, and some that are brand new. There are so many things to do that are within a short drive including all that Austin, Waco and Fredericksburg have to offer. Travelling with kids? Parks, splash pad and open fields are within a few blocks. A pack and play, highchair and booster seat are onsite if needed. The home is equipped with books, toys and games for all ages, including cornhole and a pickleball set. A dedicated workspace with high speed WIFI is included along with two smart TVs.
